What this installs
Two tools, both managed by Techryan, so your computer is protected and supported from day one.
Kiwi-Tek
What this installs
- N-able remote monitoring — lets Techryan see when something needs attention and help you without a visit.
- Bitdefender endpoint protection — antivirus and threat protection, kept up to date for you.
What to expect
- Windows will ask for administrator permission. The prompt should say TECHRYAN INC. — if it says anything else, stop and call us.
- Windows may warn that the file is not commonly downloaded. That is expected for a new installer and is not a problem.
- The installer registers this computer with Techryan so we can finish setting up its security. It reports the computer's name — nothing personal.
